  • Promotion, Advertising & Marketing at Local Levels

Business Terms 
 
  • CP Must Decide their Type (Only One) 
  • Full Functional CP 
  • Marketing CP 
  • Technical CP 
  • Reference only 
 
  • Must Select their Area to work 
  • Must be Bind to Company Strategies & Policies 
  • Channel Partners cannot change the product cost. 
  • CP Incentives will be release as per Client payment. 
  • All Payment must be issued by the name of “Zensoft Research Center” payable at Aurangabad (ZSRC). 
  • Balance Payment from Customer must be taken by Channel  Partner and send it to ZSRC. 
  • Product once sold will not be taken back. 
  • In Case of Implementation Channel Partner must be certified by Company. 
  • Only on getting Full payment by ZSRC the Registration and  Activation code/Keys or Certificate of License will be issued
       to customer.
  • Channel Partner (CP) must visit to the Customer Monthly 
  • CP must get Feedback from Customer Quarterly 
  • CP must give service/help/support to Client after the Client Demand
